Canteen Salad days

Canteen Manager, Julie O'Connor will be offering Japanese Quinoa salad on the menu next week

During Term 4 the Canteen is running salad days. Next week’s special salad is Japanese Quinoa salad. A simple but sophisticated salad. It's protein-packed, gluten free, dairy free, full of vitamins and minerals and vegan friendly.

Ingredients:- Quinoa, carrot, capsicum, coriander, nori sheets and sesame seeds with a Japanese style dressing. Small $2.50 Large $3.50

This salad is only available on Wednesday and Friday of next week.
