Work is continuing on the new Primary building. Groundworks have commenced at BalCC at the site of the old Prep and Year 1 building. Offsite work continues on the construction of the modular building, which will consist of six classrooms, a storeroom/office and both Male & Female toilets.

Due to the modular design of the building, the onsite works at the College are expected to be kept to a minimum, most likely around three weeks. Despite the delay, it is our expectation that the building will arrive on-site during Term 2. There will be some disruption to the Vickers St car park and adjoining areas, but we will provide more information closer to the time.
