At Ballarat Christian College, we believe that strong communication and collaboration between the College and home is key to every student’s success. To support this, we use the Parent Orbit App & Parent Lounge - secure online portals powered by TASS Web designed to keep Parents/Carers informed and involved in their child’s educational journey.
Login Credentials
The login credentials and passwords are the same for Parent Lounge & Parent Orbit. Parents/Carers will be emailed initial login credentials at commencement.
Parent Orbit App
Parent Orbit App is a mobile app for Parents/Carers which allows them to interact with the College to submit absences, view calendars and much more. The Parent Orbit App is another way for Parents/Carers to access Parent Lounge.
The Parent Orbit app can be found on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store on your phone.

Parent Lounge is a web-based portal that allows Parents/Carers to conveniently access a wide range of information, including academic reports, timetables, attendance records, excursion details, school notices, and more — all in one place. Parent/Carers can also update contact details, manage fee payments, and stay up to date with important College events.
Accessible from any device, Parent Lounge helps streamline communication and gives you real-time access to the information you need, when you need it.
