Scott McKenzie

Scott commenced at Ballarat Christian College in 2004 as a Secondary School PE teacher. After the merger between the Primary and Secondary Schools, Scott also taught Primary PE. Some days this would see him teaching high level concepts in Year 12 PE, then in the next class teaching Prep PE where there was a focus on basic fundamental movement skills and tying up shoelaces!

Throughout this time Scott was also involved in the early days of Christian Schools Events Network (CSEN) interschool sporting activities, College basketball teams (The Bullets) and in developing whole College House Sports programs.

Scott is blessed to be married to Sarah, and together they have been blessed with three beautiful daughters who all attend the College. They worship at Ebenezer Presbyterian church.

Scott is still teaching Health and Physical Education and has been Head of Secondary since 2020. Scott is passionate about seeing young people grow holistically and be given the opportunity to reach their God-given potential.
