Steve Shaw
Chaplain & Student Wellbeing
Pastor Steve Shaw has been on staff at BalCC since 2007 as the College Chaplain and as a member of the Student Wellbeing Team. Pastor Shaw has been in Christian ministry since 1992 in varying capacities.
For the past fifteen years he has been the pastor of Heritage Baptist Church in Ballarat. Finishing his theological studies in 1991 Steve went back to study counselling through AIFC.
Over the past fifteen years Pastor Steve Shaw has led numerous ministry camps for students to experience Christian service and has run numerous cultural and missions focused incursions where students are immersed in the full range of Christian ministry, from translation work, to overcoming cultural barriers, to hands-on building villages. Pastor Steve is passionate about helping students see God’s design for their lives.
